I saw the October 14 auction advertised, but didn't think I would be able to get to it, and when I did, I was very excited. But what excited me even more was how well the auction was run. Your "crew" as you call it was very knowledgeable, friendly and pleasent, and it was and enjoyable experience. I've been to other auctions......, and was very disappointed with the staff and the service they were performing. But your auction was fantastic. Keep up the good work! Oh, and I read the other comments on this site, and I see that I am certainly not the only one who feels this way!!! RR - Marion, IL

   Just wanted to drop you a note and tell you how very much I appreciate the excellent professional manner in which you and your associates managed the sale of my grandmother's estate.
   Being executor of the estate was difficult because of both sentimental issues and the fact that I live almost 600 miles away. Your professionalism and thoroughness resolved all my concerns and greatly simplified a very difficult situation.
